§ 6.04.070. Violation—Penalty.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined as follows:

A.

For the first offense, not less than one hundred dollars, nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars;

B.

For the second offense, not less than one hundred dollars, nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars;

C.

For the third or subsequent offense, not less than one hundred twenty-five dollars, nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars.

Whenever a monetary fine is assessed by the court pursuant to this Code, the court is further expressly authorized by the City of Morris to use dispositions including, but not limited to, court supervision, deferred judgment, conditional discharge, and suspended sentence.
