§ 5.24.030. License—Application.

Latest version.

An application for an automatic musical device license shall be made to the city clerk, in conformity with Chapter 5.04, except as otherwise provided in this chapter. In addition, the applicant shall set forth the description of the automatic musical instrument or instruments intended to be kept for use on his premises.
