§ 5.08.050. License—Term.

Each such license shall terminate on the last day of April next following the date of issuance. For annual licenses issued between May 1 ^st and July 31 ^st shall be the full annual fee set forth herein. For annual licenses issued between August 1 ^st and October 31 ^st would be prorated to seventy-five percent of the full annual fee. For annual licenses issued between November 1 ^st and January 31 ^st would be prorated to fifty percent of the full annual fee. For annual licenses issued between February 1 ^st and April 30 ^th would be prorated to twenty-five percent of the full annual fee.
