§ 2.88.150. Personal leave.

A.

Four days of personal leave per calendar year with full pay shall be granted to all full-time city employees after one full year of employment but may not be carried over.

B.

Up to an additional three days of personal leave with pay shall be allowed for full-time employees upon the death of a member of their immediate family.

C.

An employee must receive the consent of his department supervisor prior to using a personal day so that the department's work load and service requirements can be met.
