§ 2.48.065. Physical examination.

Effective immediately every applicant for a full-time police officer shall take a complete and thorough physical examination which shall include but not be limited to drug and HIV testing. City shall designate the physician and facility for the physical exam. No one shall be appointed a member of the Morris Police Department unless he or she has passed the physical examination.
