§ 2.24.070. Reports—Required when.

  • The treasurer shall make monthly reports to the council showing the state of the finances of the city, and the amounts received and spent during the month, which reports shall be filed. He shall make an annual report between the first and tenth days of May with the total amount of all receipts and expenditures of the city and his transactions as treasurer during the preceding year.
