§ 17.57.250. Off-street loading—Surfacing.

All open off-street loading spaces, access drives, aisles and maneuvering space shall:
A.

Within one year from the issuance of the building permit, be improved with a compacted base and a permanent wearing surface as approved by the city engineer;

B.

During the period of time from the issuance of the building permit and prior to the construction of the improvement mentioned in Subsection A, be in a dust-free condition which meets the approval of the city engineer.
