§ 17.25.020. Conditional permitted uses.

Conditional permitted uses in an R3A three- and four-unit residence district shall be:
•

Any of the conditional permitted uses in the R1 district;

•

Single-family dwellings;

•

Two-family dwellings;

•

Assisted living facilities:

•

Group homes (large).
