§ 13.32.270. Use of combined or storm sewers or natural outlets.

Stormwater and all other unpolluted drainage shall be discharged to such sewers as are specifically designated as combined sewers or storm sewers, or to a natural outlet approved by the director. Industrial cooling water or unpolluted process waters may be discharged on approval of the director, to a storm sewer, combined sewer, or natural outlet. All in-flow sources on the combined sewer system as aforementioned, shall be connected to a storm sewer within a reasonable period of time in the event that a storm sewer becomes available. The cost of said connection shall be solely borne by the property owner.
