§ 13.08.116. Conduit installation—Required.

In all buildings serviced with city water, there shall be a continuous-type conduit installed from the water meter to an exterior remote water meter reader at a location approved by the city water department. The conduit shall be capable of accepting a low voltage 2 conductor cable #19. This section shall apply only to buildings constructed after passage of the ordinance codified in this section.
