§ 12.28.010. Installation of sidewalks.

Sidewalks shall be installed on every lot within the city by every person who erects a building or structure on the lot after January 1, 1978, unless the city council exempts the person because the facts and circumstances of the situation as determined by the city council do not require the installation of a sidewalk.
