§ 12.12.010. Construction—Permit required.

A.

No person, firm or corporation shall construct a driveway for vehicles or animals across any sidewalk in the city without haying obtained a permit therefor.

B.

Applications for such permits shall be made to the building and zoning officer and shall be accompanied by the fee required.
