§ 10.54.060. Skateboards.

  • A.

    It is unlawful for a person to ride or use a skateboard on any street in the city. It is unlawful for a person to ride or use a skateboard on the following sidewalks:

    1.

    Sidewalks adjacent to Liberty Street between Illinois Avenue on the south and Chesse Railroad tracks on the north;

    2.

    Sidewalks adjacent to Illinois Avenue, Washington Street, Main Street, Jefferson Street, Jackson Street which are between Division Street on the east and Wauponsee Street on the west.

    B.

    Any person who violates this section shall be fined not less than ten dollars, nor more than one hundred dollars for each violation.
