§ 10.28.080. Excessive engine braking noise prohibited.

The director of public works is authorized and directed to purchase and install signs consistent with Exhibit "A" attached to the ordinance codified in this section designating the following areas as "excessive engine braking noise prohibited" areas:
A.

Northbound traffic on Illinois Route 47 on the Illinois River Bridge;

B.

Northbound and southbound traffic on Illinois Route 47 on the railroad overpass; and

C.

Northbound and southbound traffic on Illinois Route 47 at the Interstate 80 overpass.
